John's going! You should meet up! Who are you most excited about seeing? I tried getting work there this year but nowhere came through, the suckers.

I'm very excited about the three main headliners, which is unlike me. But when it's Neil Young, Bruce Springsteen and Blur, you're in for a bit of treat really, aren't you? I'm quite looking forward to seeing Spinal Tap for comedy value (plus I love Tonight I'm Gonna Rock You Tonight), and there are loads of cooler little bands, not least The Invisible...

I am not going, but I am seeing Bruce Springsteen play in Hyde Park on God's Day, so just after he does Glastonbury. I am going with my mum. It'll be her first ever festival-type experience ever. "Will there be seats?" she aked me. To which I replied No. "Well, do we have to go near the front?" she continued. To which I replied Not if you don't want to. I ended up explaining that it could be just like picnic, only with more music and less bins for your rubbish.
