as you know or do not know i spent 4 1/2 months in jail.. southern regional wv jail.
ok, i screwed up. on march 8 my now exwife (as of july 20th) offered me sex, i refuse. she changes rules on visitation with kids, her car breaks down and she blames me, she issues a DVPO (protective order) against me, i wanted to see the kids, make a stupid phone call wham bam thank ya ma'am, i'm in jail.
her, her sister, and her parents are doing their best to keep me from seeing my kids (and they are not going out of their way to let my parents see them either), which is something i'd never do to them or her. but in the future the kids will see her as being paranoid, vindictive and learn to ignore her and request to see me or at the age of 16 they can do as they wish. that is the future that will bite her and her family on the azz. her and the proscecuting attorney tried to keep me in jail on the day of my release. sorry, no dice, you lose. but i will be very careful from now on and make sure her and her family doesn't set me up to go back to jail.i was suppose to be released on oct. 6 at 9:00 a.m., but they argued with the jail for 2 1/2 hours. so i began a 15 mile hike at 11:30 a.m..
the other day i burnt a bunch of journals and photos from the past. letting go. sadly i only have 4 photos of my kids and none of us together. the ones of the exwife i kept were 4 of the artsy fartsy type and remembrances of when times were good between us. not to hold onto a failed marriage of 16 years, but remember the beauty that she would let out at times, but never held onto.
good luck to the person who wants her. keep in mind, be more patient than my 16 years with her, she is a good person at times, she needed better parents, and a more patient husband.
i was convicted of a DVPO violation by a phone call and a text message. anything else implied by anyone either in public or private is liable for lawsuit.
